Level 2 Field Engineer



Lead capable Field Engineer with Level 1 Skillset and additional expierrence in migration, administration, and configuration. 

All Tickets have a 2 Hour Minimum

Normal Business Hours are defined as 8:00AM - 5:00 PM Local Time (Excludes Holidays)

Calls must be received prior to 3:00 PM CST for Next Business Day Response

All Ticket information is required to start SLA clock including Parts shipped, Tracking info, Onsite Contact, Clear Issue Discription, etc…

Pricing is Labor Only. Parts and Materials are Billed at Cost Plus 25%.

Cancelations within 24 hours will be billed at the published rates for first hour only.

Cancelations Same Business Day due to (Site Not Ready) or other factors outside the control of the Field Engineer

Site access costs, such as down town metro parking, will be billed at cost plus 25%

Overtime will be billed at 1.5x or 2x the listed bill rate based o federal and state laws
